Rules 30 2 house holds outside?

So a doctor friend has shared the current guidelines ... states 30 people outside from 2 households.

Can someone explain to me why all the football, rugby and hockey clubs are all back on a Saturday and Sunday outside in the parks with the usual mass of spectators and players?

Are they all from 2 households? Or is this ANOTHER rule?

I have asked doctor friend, who is choosing to ignore my question.

Ehhh, don't know about football but hockey England certainly hasn't authorized that. We can train in bubbles and have internal club 'games' (no spectators and no more than 30 as it's 21 aside). What people are doing informally in the park is up to them....

I looked the other day and is one other household inside at home or the pub. And outside you can met up to 6 bubbles in the park. But no limits on numbers.

It's all bullshit.

This the proper local leagues! All back in full kit.

@hettie this isn't informal.

Sports governing bodies have rules about permitted participation.

And it has to be different (from social contact) when you are engaged in an activity, or they couldn't have announced yesterday that parkrun will be back next month.

I think we had our late summer with a few weeks off from the reminders about the need to keep,a proper distance. That's certainly changed in the last couple of days

mmme so it appears some areas have been able to move to step 5 in the 'return to hockey' plan... so league matches can resume. The government guidance says that team supports that have oversight from a sports governing body can resume ...so that would presumably apply to formally organised football matches too.
