How to get a test

I know this seems ridiculous but how do we go about getting a test for my 8 month old? Ive googled and it gives me my nearest place, do i just ring and book an appt? Thanks!

You book it online through the nhs website

Just go along to your nearest test centre. I’ve done that with no problems.
