Private Covid test

Hi. My DS has had a runny nose all weekend but last night developed a mucus cough. I have kept him off school and have tried to book a test but nothing is available. Does anyone know of any private tests that are available at all. Thanks.

Have you tried looking a few hours later? They release test slots throughout the day, so it might not be showing any available when you first looked, but there's likely to be more showing if you try later.

Hi. I did thank goodness. Managed to get one booked at 12:00, the slots were released at 9:30. My DS was a champ. He cried a tad but he was great. Had a mini tube of smarties as a well done treat. Although when it was over he said he didn't want to go back to school if he has to keep having a test.
