Dd12 bad cold/sore throat

Dd woke this morning with a sore throat and nose pain.

She’s had medication and felt abit better but she’s saying it’s mostly her nose/sinus pain.

Iv ordered her a test obviously but would you send her school if she felt better tomorrow?

Why have you wasted the resources of a test when she has none of the three symptoms that would indicate a test was required?

No. Sore throat is a common early symptom of covid and may not last that long, so I wouldn't send her in untested.

Anyone awaiting a test /result should isolate.
