Ipsos mori invitation... Closed?

Well... I have an invitation to join ipsos mori antibody test... Says to register by 12th sept.. But the web link says it is closed? Anyone have any idea what's going on?

I had this letter, but last week. Mine went through though, I could register. It does say in the letter that not everyone who gets asked will get the test so maybe they have had enough applicants?

I received the same letter on Friday and registered straight away. It went through fine so maybe it's closed now because they have enough applicants.
