If you tested positive for Coronavirus, but your only symptom was a 'sore' throat, what did it feel like?

I have had, for about a week, a strange sensation in my throat. It feels like a lump, like that choked up feeling you get when you're going to cry.
It doesn't hurt. It's not dry or scratchy, no swelling that I can see though it feels swollen. I'm familiar with tonsillitis, this is not like that. I can swallow perfectly normally, my voice is normal. I feel fine, other than this weird sensation in my throat. It isn't there when I wake in the morning, but appears gradually over the first 30-60 minutes.
Paracetamol and ibuprofen don't clear it (probably because it doesn't hurt!).
I can eat and drink perfectly normally and have a normal sense of taste and smell.
No temperature, headache, or indeed anything else.

What to do?

I should add, we got home from Europe holiday 2.5 weeks ago. This started in quarantine. Have been with DH and DCs continuously for last 5 weeks in house and car and they are fine. The people we were on holiday with are fine.
