This is mashing my head, the whole thing. I heard Andy Burnham on Radio Manchester talking about the challenges that lie ahead. I don't know what to think anymore.

I caught him saying we are in for a challenging winter and then he took calls. He talked about the need for an Exit strategy and MH being of importance. I think you get get it on catch up?
