Is there any other mums that are feeling trapped, tight chested! Like struggle to breath whilst the kids are all starting back at school, I usto suffer with panic attacks maybe 7-8 a day every day for years and they seem to have settled down a lot but I feel like it's all just going to repeat with the stress of the world .... please tell me am not alone

So sorry you feel this way. I'm not in the least bit anxious, there are far greater risks to children eg the roads outside school. I'm just sad the kids will miss so much this year - nativity, assemblies, singing etc.

I’m feeling quite anxious. My youngest starts high school and my eldest is going back to friendship issues. I’d rather they weren’t going in at all. My youngest is quite looking forward to it.

Feeling anxious here.
DS2 goes back full time tomorrow, DS1 on Thursday (but staggered, so he'll next be in on Monday)
They're excited to be seeing all their school friends again but seem a little anxious & worried about all the new rules.

I'm glad at least am not the only one, still two weeks before he starts and Ino he will be happy there but I'm just going to worry so much

I have apprehension but the kids are looking forward to it so much that I just have to be brave.
