College worries

There is lots of talk on schools going back and the arguments over risks etc but I feel that colleges have been left behind. For example my college where I work caters both for 16-18 and adult learners, the college has taken the decision of some sort of blended learning in bubbles but staff have to be in at all times including support staff e.g admin, coordinators etc.
We have been told that we will be wearing masks if we go in corridors etc but in terms of covid guidance that is it...
I feel that the government should have paid lots more attention to the older school years/college/universities. It's all very well saying the risk to young children is minimal but in these environments we are talking about such a varied age range that it's worrying.
Does anyone feel that same. I think I'm nervous because it will be my first time back in the office with all other staff members present!

Our college is the same - 16-18 year olds, HE learners and adults and all staff are to be in at all times. Also quite a few staff working across different sites. No advice on masks, just one way systems implemented and lots of hand sanitisers have been installed! Not sure how this first term will go.

Mine has gone the other way - we are going to be doing at least the first term on Teams. I'm quite upset about it, I love college and I really miss socialising. I know it can't be helped.

Some students are in face to face, and masks must be worn in all areas except classrooms where you can take them off. There is hand sanatiser and I'm not sure about one way systems but I'm sure they'll have put one in place.

My class is an evening class 4pm-8pm. Usually we have a break at 6pm and we're literally the only ones there, so I'm sad they have made this decision.

Everyone in. Hordes of teenagers outside the buildings. Not much social distancing. Not enough cleaning. Feel quite vulnerable.
