Mask and acne

Anyone noticed since masks have had to be worn they suffer from acne on chin.

I've never had the best skin. But honest my chin is raw painful with around 8 big spots like small blind boils.
They are actually painful not just tender.
After each mask use they're disposed of or washed depending on what I've worn. When I get home I feel my face around that area is oily and grimey so use hot flannel and wash it. (altho this may just be me being paranoid)
I'm so worried as I've had to have surgeries before as I've had blind boils become infected and un treatable. As well as sebaceous cysts. Some local some general anesthetic.

Please don't say I'm the only one.
I've brought tea tree today in hope to dry face out a bit.

Yep I started with that: lucky I work in dermatology and was advised to try Azelaic acid which cleared up the cystic acne I had and I have had no more since. Use it 3-4 times a week at night. It's called skinoren and has 20% azelaic acid. You can get it from an online pharmacy after filling in a questionnaire. Tea tree did help a bit with the inflammation but the cream got rid of the problem completely for me.
