Seeing partner after isolation.

My DP is currently in our spare room isolating as he tested positive for covid on Monday, so he is on day three of the isolation. We have a 10 week old son and I am keeping myself and my son away from my partner, leaving things outside the spare room door for him. We’ve been told if his symptoms are gone after ten days then he can return to us. I wondered if we still have to wait until the 14 day isolation for me before we kiss or share the bed again or if we are safe to do this after the 10 days? Also can he go back to holding our son?

Would greatly appreciate anyone who was in a similar position to advise.
