Not received all results back?

I had a covid test yesterday as my child has a cough and I need a negative to be able to go to nursery etc. My result has come back negative, but her result hasn't come back? Has anyone else had this?

We had one done earlier and the info said expect a 48hr wait. Yours was processed more quickly maybe?

It takes up to 72 hours, but usually less.

Also if your child has symptoms of coronavirus then she cannot go nursery.

Thanks yarn, yes that's why we got her tested as obviously she can go if she's got a negative test. Her results came through negative late last night, thanks both

Great news :) the anticipation of waiting is worse than the test itself I find x

Totally was! Now I know what to expect as I anticipate lots of testing this half term... She's always got a ruddy cough 🙈
