Anyone doing online exercise to help with stress and isolation?

I've been trying to find a suitable you tube video that I can use for Zumba. So far I've found some that are too hard or too easy. I used to do Zumba at the gym a few years ago. I find it a lot easier to follow moves when copying others in a class. It's tricky when the person is on my phone!
Anyone found something that works for them?

I live overseas and it's in the 40s at the moment (nearly 50c the other day). It's really difficult to get outside and exercise so I do a lot of indoor workouts.

I have sets of adjustable dumbells, kettlebells, exercise mat and bands. I regularly do Les Mills Combat. Also on Youtube I quite like Team Body Project, Sydney Cummings and Garage girl. When I have low energy and want to get my steps in without going outside I do Leslie Sansome Walk workouts. They are easy but gets the steps in and the heart going without being too challenging. Also, love PopSugar workouts on Youtube and love one of their short Zumba workouts.

I joined a local authority online club, their classes are brilliant.

HIIT, kettlebells, body attack, cardio, Core, you name it. They post 4 a day to FB and they are all saved on the page.

I will actually miss them and I’m a total gym bunny.

I do the Les Mills on Demand classes, and am convinced they are saving my sanity! I've been a subscriber for years, but have really found them a lifesaver during lockdown. I think they do a free trial for 15 days if you fancy trying it out.

"Zumba intermediate workout"?

Lokikitty · 09/08/2020 08:02

I've done intermediate Zumba by Ain this morning. It was really tiring! The only exercise that I normally do is walking. The weather has been a bit miserable lately, so I wanted something I could do at home.

@Lokokitty
I did Les Mill Body Combat this morning. I might look out for the Zumba workout you did. I need to mix it up a bit
