There is an article which starts on the front page and continues on page 4 . Would love it if someone could cut and paste or photo page 4 continue of the article on here.
I can't access without actually paying up and having to watch the pennies.

We wouldn't know if DH has any underlying conditions or vulnerabilities. He's not been diagnosed with anything (touch wood) but doesn't go to the doctor so there's no way of knowing. I'm sure he's not the only one.

It really looks as if vulnerable 40-50 year olds are being thrown to the wolves.

The age risk starts at 40, not 50.

A 40 something living in overcrowded housing in a deprived urban area will be far more at risk than a fit and healthy affluent 50 year old.

Ministers dismiss reports of draconian lockdown measures for London in event of second wave

Published on Aug 2, 2020
Ministers have distanced themselves from reports that the Government is considering imposing draconian new lockdown measures on London - calling it "speculation".

Reports claim the Prime Minister has been running through a range of drastic options if there's another wave of coronavirus infections.

What will they do about the airports if London's locked down? People travel to and from London for their flights. Will the airports close? Passengers quarantined at London hotels?

I can see potential legal claims. Or social unrest. If people are prevented from leaving London. It wouldn't go down well if there's a need for a draconian London-only lockdown when there's been no restrictions on passengers arriving in London from heavily hit countries like the US, Brazil, India. Also when no-one's been prevented from leaving other areas (including travel to London) that have been in local lockdowns.
