It occurs to me that the " its safe to remove masks" message won't be coming any time soon.

I hope until vaccination is rolled out and working and that they continue to be the expected when people have colds etc.

I am in the NW, what a bloody carry on. I literally couldn't understand the PM today. I thought he was saying Face Face Hands. God help people who don't speak fluent English.

I also wear gloves when shopping. They remind me not to touch anything other then what's not mine!

The fact that a lot of the Dementors are all for a cashless society and yet insist that mask wearing is to protect the same people they want deprived of food and goods shows what they really are.

I really hope not, I hate wearing them, I hate not being able to see people’s faces, not seeing people smile and not being able to see people talk. Feels so alien, I know it will get easier but at the moment the world seems crazy and totally not normal. I can’t imagine it being like this forever.

Dementors = suck joy out of life by saying we have to be worried & unhappy about covid all the time and take all decisions WRT covid, because covid spread is only thing that matters.

Most the anti-dementors wear masks without comment, but they don't care if you didn't wear a mask, too.

I'm not convinced it's healthy to avoid folds. Our immune systems need constant stimulation and colds, for most people, are a pretty safe way to do it.

I don’t think anyone is wearing them for the fun of it. However, compared to lockdown, economic collapse and no schooling, masks are a very mild inconvenience.

The population has rolled over. I loathe the trite allieration....but New Normal, is masks.

Chis W isn't a dementor. He actually is responsible for our health and well-being and sticks to saying what he knows he can evidence. Dementors go further than what can be known with confidence in trying to predict or demand.

Face covers may help but stop putting so much faith in masks. Nearly universal mask wearing has not stopped infection spikes and economic recession in Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Vietnam, Japan... They can't seem to keep their schools open, either.
