Home testing kits

How quickly do the results come back from home testing kits? Test for went back with the first post on Monday morning, and wondering how long until I'll hear back

I did one back in May and courier picked it up 4pm Thursday I got results 11am Saturday

Still no word, feeling very impatient! Keep thinking, knowing my luck it will come back inconclusive and that's why it's taking so long!
