Hi all, I've just heard that a slimming club I go to are reopening their doors in a church hall in August. There will be social distancing etc.
Am I right in saying current guidelines say not to open?

No
Everywhere is open .
I had my hair done earlier and nails and then went to the local pub for its “first quiz” night .
Gyms and swimming are open.
Put your mask on .

It’s not planned to be meetings as you know it though. As I understand it most are working on a ‘weigh and go’ basis. I did hear talk of booked appointment times for each member, but not sure if that was just a recommendation rather than a SW rule.

My group will be having a proper group discussion but only a small number at each session, you will have to prebook and it will be limited to 45 mins total including weighing time.

I think I'm just going to continue with sw online.

^ This. I prefer online to groups anyway, and the groups sound even worse now!

Thanks all. I'm going to go and face the scales. We are pre book too. I'm a bit concerned on the no toilets though as there is nowhere close by at all.
