Is there an effective cooling mask?

Really hugely struggling at work as ten hour shifts in a very hot windowless airless environment
Heavy, fast paced physical/ manual work
Visor is no good because of reflections, steams up and everytime I have to take reading glasses on and off the visor just pops off. Also it just falls off with the bending and lifting.
Mask makes me hugely overheat. Suspect perimenopause has just started too with impeccable timing
I have to be covered no matter what
Does a mask that actually has a cooling effect exist? I actually sell cooling pillows (have a gel core inside) but I don't think that would be effective and am not spending £30 to cut one of those up!
