Sorry if this has already been done- I have looked on line for the answer but I just don't understand. I am wearing a face mask in the shops- totally up for it if. If that's what we have to do then fine. But why don't people who work in supermarkets have to wear them?

if employers are making it mandatory then they need to massively adjust the workload and expectations of the staff

Yes, this has been repeated again and again, but it seems some to some people this is an entirely alien concept that they are unable to grasp. They’re so entirely self-absorbed and sociopathic that everything has to be about them, and the idea of doing something for someone else for the common good doesn’t compute.
