Should I let Mum visit?

I’m in London and am in a vulnerable group (not at more risk if I get it but could trigger my condition) so have been extra careful and still only really going out occasionally to the local shops. Mum is 200 miles away and I haven’t seen her since Feb and neither of us are able to drive to see each other.

Idea was that she would come and see me next month by train but I’m just not sure it’s a good idea. She works in a school and has been out and about much more than I have and I’m not convinced she is super careful.

I miss her though! And I’m worried if I don’t see her soon we might end up in another form of lockdown and then I won’t be able to.

Any thoughts?!

If your Mum works in a school, is next month actually a relatively good time because your Mum will have broken up and been out of school for a while?

Another thought is that the question of whereabouts in the UK your Mum has been out and about is relevant to the level of risk, eg out and about a lot in Norfolk is significantly lower risk than out and about a lot in Bradford.
