Recommendations for non claustrophobic mask

I'm getting more and more anxious about the thought of having to wear a mask. I wore one for literally 5 mins today and after a few seconds I had to take it off because it was so claustrophobic.

I've only worn the disposable ones so wondered if anyone could recommend one that isn't so fitted around my mouth. Happy for it to be tight around the outside so it fits, but just can't stand the mask tight over my mouth and nose.

What about the moulded sort used for DIY? The folded N95 type tend to stay away from my mouth and nose. Of the washable type I get on ok with the shaped linen ones from Plumo, they don’t seem to collapse in the middle as much as the pleated ones (I struggle too!} - I have not tried that many so it will be interesting to see what others suggest.
