Masks in cafes / pubs?

Can I clarify, is the new mask rule also for cafes / restaurants and pubs or just for shops? Thanks

Ok thanks. I suppose the reasoning is that they would not be suitable when eating drinking? as longer time is spent in pubs / cafes etc.
