Do I need to worry?

Ive not been anywhere. Only in the great out doors. No shops or anything. Did take my kids to the play area Monday and Tuesday but I sanitised our hands and washed them when I got home.

Today in the morning . my chest felt like pressure/ heavy with no pain. Feels I have to breathe deeper. It went off.came back after lunch. Went off. It's been back an hour now but it's slightly stronger. Starting to feel it's abit dry and could make me cough if it gets any worse.

I am suffering from anxiety from all the worry so I don't know if this is anxiety?

No other symptoms. Have had good and packages delivered. Wash my hands after handling things?

Unlikely isn't it?

Yes it's unlikely. But if you're worried you can get a test - just book one through the government website.

I think it's anxiety. You're over analysing because you are worried.

I think it's anxiety. Do a headspace meditation. Also get an Oximeter, it will show you that you are breathing.

I agree, sounds like anxiety but I'd book a test just to put your mind at rest x

Thankyou x

I am experiencing this too, I also suffer with anxiety but I wondered if it could be covid. Have a google of hyperventilation syndrome, this is what I have put mine down to. I am waiting for test results though.

I suffer from anxiety terribly and have this type of feeling regularly especially since lockdown as you can imagine. From reading what you have wrote I would put money on it being anxiety related but no harm booking a test if you felt it necessary

Thanks everyone. It's gone off now. Was very strange. I thought I'd have a virus by now it felt so real.
