Face masks for children?

Im looking for a face mask for DD2 (11 years). I’m sure this has already been covered many times, but searching has only brought up an article by Mumsnet. DD is quite petite so the regular face masks are too big for her. Any suggestions gratefully received!

Try Etsy, I got some good child-size handmade masks on there.

I've seen child-size masks advertised by Gap, Lloyds Pharmacy and Superdrug. I've not bought any so can't comment on quality.

I bought DS a mask from Etsy. He’s 3.5 and fits him perfectly. Lots of sellers on there had ones aimed at kids

I got my kids from hype, ages 9 & 10.

Nuby do child size disposables - pricey at 12.99 for 10 but a good size.

Morrison's do washable kids masks in packs of 5 - they are soft & stretchy in plain colours
I made my kids ones out of fabric they like it wasn't hard and it means my 4yo loves his fish one and has no problem wearing it , the 12 yo has some in his football teams colours. The ones with ties are more comfortable and adjustable

Space buns in her hair & wrap the straps around them.

My local Wilco has plain black or white washable children’s masks ( sized for different age groups) as does my local coop pharmacy, so I guess lots of places may soon have them available. Plumo do rather pricey linen face masks for children and teens- I got adult ones and they are a bit loose on my small face.

My dc have the eBay masks, they are really good and come with filters.

My 10yo and 12yo wear adult surgical masks. They fit fine as you mould the metal over your nose. You can tie the ear elastic to make them smaller.

I drew a pattern, adjusted it to fit 11 yr old DS and sewed it together. They’re really not very difficult to make.

If you find your glasses steaming up, buy some skin tape. It’s a double sided clear tape that doesn’t irritate the skin.
I prefer to use this rather than bits of metal.

Thanks for the suggestions. I’m sure I would mess up making my own. I was absolutely useless in needlework classes at school!

My friend is making g face masks for adults and children search Pixie Love Face masks.

I got some for me and my kids and they fit really well

My son has the Morrisons ones

My 7y nephew has one from 'Oddballs' where he gets pants from,
His has adjustable ear elastics.

You can also buy little plastic adjuster things (ear savers) to loop the masks onto if she struggles to keep them on her ears. Me and DD do as we have rather small ears.
