A bit of a 'getting it off my chest' post.
At the start of lockdown - first 2-3 months - I was managing fine. There were things our family occupied themselves with, homeschooling, baking, crafts, then walks etc. All changes were new and we coped as well as we could. I was lucky to be off at that time for a bit and ginancially things were ok. The last few weeks started to drag, my energy levels and mood are dropping. I'm completely confused by what are we allowed or not to do, when from, and in which part of the UK. I need childcare to resume ASAP. I'm a healthcare worker. If you ask me - we need funding - a lot, better communication & planning instead of clapping (can I even say that now?), especially after post-covid opening up normal services. I'm feeling stuck and struggle to see the light at the end of this tunnel today ://

I know clapping doesn't change your circumstances but hope that it shows the government how much the population appreciates and beholds a national health service for all and it leads to it being a constant priority for the government now and all in future.

As for you, yes this is a total drag. I feel the same. No answers I"m afraid.

Same here OP.!I started off like you.I was full of beans as I love the spring as I have SAD.We budgeted on our new low incomes and saw the positives of D IY and walks everywhere. Also I get home from work 1030 so eating food with dh and DS was a real treat.
Then in all the confusion of when we were going back to work,DH has.ds and myself are.awaiting dates.I feel anxious and tearful.I have lost a bit.of my mojo and wake up a bit down.
I hope this is a blip as I always worked loads so that kept me positive.I think it is the unknown, the grey weather and only having seen dm DS and dh for 16 weeks.
I hope we.can all bounce back I soon.
