What are you doing to kill time?

Following on from my 'I'm bored' post. What are you all doing?

I thought it was Thursday today and cried when I realised it was only Wednesday. Not sure why, the weekends are no different.

We've been shopping, walked for miles, moved rooms round. What else?

I'm a SAHM mum with 2 older children and an 19mo so I can't really take up a hobby.

With no school run, family teas, proper dys out theres not much else.

Any ideas??

We haven’t been shopping yet; still too scared to try and now worried that as it’s been so long I won’t know what to do 🥴 or will get the distancing or queuing wrong !

Struggling a lot, have seen my grandmother and my uncle and cousin ... no one else . Sister lives in supported a accommodation and they’re allowing us to visit her for two hours next week thankfully . Outdoors and at a safe distance but it’s better than nothing .

We’ve been trying to pass time by organising photographs, clearing out old bedding, cleaning food cupboards, gardening, baking (a bit), trying posh/complicated recipe books, watching old DVDs and videos ... sick of walking for the sake of walking now !

I was terrified of shopping but it's OK. I wear a mask and gloves.

It's really crap isn't it. My youngest has finally gone to sleep. The days are very long.

Read the books?

We’ve decorated the whole house, sorted the loft, the garage & all the cupboards and given the garden a makeover. DH back at work next week, I’m not going back until October/November god knows what I’m going to do to kill time.

I'm WFH, but using what would have been my commute time to re-vamp my garden, spring clean the whole house and decorate two bathrooms and the downstairs loo.
Ive also bought and put up three blinds so far, and put two new cabinets in the bathrooms, one of them on the wall.
