Diarrhea now sore throat

I had 72 hours of diarrhoea and now have a sore throat. I am also exhausted and can’t think straight. Could this be it? Anyone else experience this?

No temp, no cough.

Could be , best to get a test

Take some rehydration salts too, you might be dehydrated after that.
