Naproxen and temperature

Does naproxen lower temperature? I've got a temp going between 37 and 37.5 which is a bit higher than normal for me. I normally take naproxen everyday but havent yesterday or today.. could this be why or should I be concerned?

Thank you. I did look it up so probably just my normal temperature without the painkillers
