Has anyone received their Ryanair refund?

I read they're resuming 40% of their flights from the beginning of July.

I've still not been refunded from approx 6/7 weeks ago, I understand they have a backlog but there's been no indication of timescales.

I've contacted virgin money travel insurance and they've said because Ryanair haven't said they're refusing a refund I can't claim through Virgin.

Has anyone received their refund and roughly how long did it take?

Nothing from flights cancelled in March or from flight scheduled for July which was cancelled about 4 weeks ago.

Jet2 refunded me within a month of cancellation. I'm curious as to why some airlines (eg Ryanair, BA) are claiming that abiding by the rules they signed up to would bankrupt them, while others seem to have no trouble at all meeting their statutory obligations.

Our flight was April. I sent numerous emails saying I refused the voucher and got an email today saying I would recieve the refund in 3-5 days and my voucher was no longer valid.

I had EasyJet refund few weeks back for flights cancelled mid April. It was a few days after something was passed in Parliament. So don't give up hope.

@DazedandConcerned NEXT YEAR! that's crazy, I definitely think my travel insurance should cover me if that's the case

I've sent them one complaint email but might try again to see if it's speeds up the process.

Even if they gave a rough idea it would be better

Still waiting for easter flights to be refunded from Ryanair. My DM should be in spain now (flights with jet2) had her refund already

I have only just applied for my refund from ryanair but I had a refund from BA for a full package holiday in about 2 weeks. They emailed and said due to the high volume of calls they were receiving they were automatically refunding any cancelled flights etc and i had the money in my bank in about 6 days

We’ve had Easter Ryan air flights refunded.

No refund from April.

No, still waiting for a refund from flights in March, not even been offered a voucher either.

Email today saying my refund has been processed should be back on my card within 5/7 days.
