I've heard that Rugbytots in Surrey are going to be running their classes with 10 children plus parents - is this in line with government guidance? It makes me feel a little uneasy.

It's outside. If you don't want to take your child then don't, but little ones who aren't in nursery actually need activities where they can interact with other children. I'm sure they'll ask parents to distance appropriately, which is perfectly possible, and encourage hand wash / hand gel. It's safer than school or nursery and it's really not your business to interfere in.

Why uneasy? Children need to be doing activities and getting back to normal. Unless activities are banned until a vaccine, what do you suggest?

It's a gathering of more than 6 so surely not allowed but agree these activities should be getting back to normal.

I have no issue with activities taking place and agree our children need to be active as it’s so important physically and mentally. My concern is the numbers - 10 children plus parents equals a gathering of 20 - this is my query

If they’re opening I suspect it’s under childcare guidance (ie bigger bubbles) rather than general meeting up. I really can’t begrudge a group of toddlers doing sport when thousands of people have been protesting, rioting and being packed like sardines on the beach.

@Toots1234 - it's smaller than school and nursery bubbles, and you don't need to go. Can you explain why it matters to you so much?
