Giving details in pubs?

Why are some people having problems with this? Anyone here have it in the countries they live in, was there problems there? How does it work?
If you pay by card (which they want) they will have your details anyway!!

Is it when the government say do this some people just HAVE to say no!

If it's an illicit tryst, then you'll have to do it under the stars with a bottle of wine. Which isn't such a bad prospect in the summer, even if you do have to huddle under a bus shelter when it rains. Mild adversity fosters romance , they say; though perhaps the meetings you shouldn't be having already have a superabundance of that.

They did this in New Zealand until they got a QR code system sorted
