I'm currently scratching my head as to how to operate a waitress service and keep the staff separated from the customer. It's impossible to keep away when delivering items to a table.

Honest opinions please... How would you feel if your meals were left on a tray stand next to your table for you to distribute amongst your table yourselves?

Here in Canada the staff all wear masks, as that’s what we’re told to do when keeping 2m apart is not possible. Same at Drs, hairdresser etc.
