Coronavirus positive negative testing confusion!

As a care worker, I became infected with coronavirus and had mild symptoms. I followed the gov guidelines and since then have been tested negative twice.
WHO suggest 2 negative tests show a level of immunity so I returned to work feeling 100% better. 2 weeks later I had another test that came back positive!! I've been asked to self isolate for 7 days, but have no symptoms.
As far as I am aware there is no evidence of being reinfected with covid-19. I feel perfectly fine. I believe the RNA dead coronavirus cells can still shed weeks after being infected and the swab tests used cannot determine the difference between active, infectious cells and lingering dead cells..... any thoughts would be appreciated!!
