Quick turnaround on testing

On Wednesday I was advised by my doctor to get tested for Coronavirus. My symptoms are mild (runny nose, headache, sore ears). But better to be safe. Yesterday (Thursday), I went to a walk in testing centre at my local hospital (in Sydney). Friday morning here and I already have the results. Negative! Which I am happy to know. I feel so fortunate that I am able to access healthcare so quickly. I know from reading many posts on here that it’s not the same everywhere. I was fairly certain I did not have the virus, but definitely good to know for sure. I wish everyone a good weekend.

I’m in England and had my result within 24 hours this week!

@Browzingss that’s great, they have a good system in place now. Hopefully that also means fewer people are needing testing.

Yes! I was tested at 1:30pm on Wednesday and was emailed my negative results 3:03am on Thursday! Absolutely astounding!

I got my results in 12 hours last weekend!
