There doesn't seem much in the way of logic to the way lockdown is being lifted. They said they would be carefully monitoring any effects of each restriction that was lifted but it seems more like a conveyer belt of keep the voters happy. In the last 2 weeks we've seen car show rooms open, schools reopen to certain years, visitors allowed in gardens. The effects of these haven't been reported yet as far as I'm aware so why are they now saying more shops will open on Monday? And something about pub gardens?
I might have missed something but shielding has been extended in Wales and Scotland but things are moving quickly for others it seems.
