Self catering July/ August

I am sorry if this is a repeat question, I have largely been trying to avoid the news this week. Does anyone have any info on self catering cottages being allowed to open this summer?

For now, hospitality industry can start to open from 04 July, but no idea what that would look like, rules etc.
