Help, how do I get a refund from an easyjet flight booked through Expedia?

Expedia website says you have to go through the easyjet site to get a refund, the easyjet site says go through that site if it's booked through a third party.

And if course can't get through on the phones.

I listened to it, the way I understood charge back is only valid if booked 3 months ago, this flight was booked at Xmas time.
