Lockdown review will be every 4 weeks rather than 3

Not sure if this is for all the UK or just England but its been announced lockdown reviews will be every 4 weeks now.
That says to be their back peddling but relaxing things too quickly!

This seems pointless. Didn’t they relax the rules on shielding completely arbitrarily, out of the blue and not based on the official review?

I've always thought that it should be a 4 week review since "contact to death" time is on average 3 weeks. So they need to see what effect the previous relaxation of lockdown has been

That implies you think it would make a difference to their scheduled unlocking

Gives a bit more time to see the effects of the last one, sounds like a positive thing.
