Hand washing advice advert

I've just seen a Peppa Pig public information advert about handwashing which I'm pretty sure said to wash your hands for at least 40 seconds. Has anyone else seen this? I thought it was 20 seconds, has it changed?

You don't need to run the water. 40 of soaping up then rinse.
