Today I went out in the car. First time since lockdown. For 11 weeks I have stayed in my house or garden with a twice a week walk to my allotment which is 5 mins away.
Today DH drove me 13 miles away from our house.
It was awful. I had a panic attack.. I felt like I couldn't see but I could see. I felt like we were going so fast.
I have decided I don't want to go out again... ever
