I'm obviously at home just now because of the virus im a single mother and iv never had any mental health problems but recently iv been very emotional and feel im not coping very well, I'm crying allot, not eating or enjoying anything, I don't have any family support and not many freinds the ones I do talk to I dont want to burden them with my personal problems:( does anyone have any advice?

I don’t have any advice but I’m feeling the same.

The news is making it worse. I don’t blame the media. It’s the awfulness of the government for me that’s tipping me over the edge.

I feel better when I block news out completely and exist in a bubble.

I hope that helps a bit and other people can add something.
