The Gov self employed support is for three months.

I can't afford two week randon isolations. I need my income to pay the mortgage and bills, I am at breaking point

I can't obey.

If you read the articles about how the Track and Trace system will "work"
none of us will be getting calls

I don’t think it will happen that often will it? I find it hard to see that you’ll get multiple calls.

We're self employed and I wonder too how the track and trace will affect us. We aren't allowing customers into our shop (takeaway) and are serving at the door through a perspex screen so there should be no face to face contact and no prolonged contact within 2m with anyone apart from two members of staff. I'm concerned if someone tested positive and they said they had been to our shop then they might inaccurately identify us as a contact and we'd need to self isolate meaning closing our shop, even though we know that we haven't been in close contact with anyone apart from our two staff members and our household. It's a lot of trust put on people to give the correct information and for the call handlers to accurately question them. The whole system seems so fraught with opportunities for mistakes that could have huge impact on people's livelihood.

What happens if they phone me and I know I've not been a close contact with anyone? Can I argue they're wrong?
