Fatigue as main symptom

DH is shielding and I very very rarely go out. I woke up on Friday with swollen glands and extreme fatigue and dizziness and sore joints. My heart has been racing too.
I don’t think I’ve had a temperature, but I might have over night on Saturday. No cough etc
I can hardly move I am so exhausted though.
I’ve obviously picked up something, unsure how.

If it was me I would be fine, I’m just very concerned about DH who is extremely vulnerable. I’m not a key worker so can’t get tested as well, I would like to know for DHs sake.

Could be, very difficult to say, anyone can book a test now so you can book one so you can be sure (ish)

You don't have to be a keyworker to apply for a test. You will get one if there is availablity in your area.

It doesn't sounds like coronavirus though, more likely to be something else I would say.

The link I saw was only for key workers? I know the mass testing site near me isn’t open just now and not sure when it’s open again.
DHs work are going to antibody tests us but it will be weeks until that happens

I appear to have the same dose for the past week. I'm literally asleep about 18 hours a day. I brought the bins out earlier and could barely get back up the stairs. I've asthma so have dodgy lungs at the best of times, but I seem chestier than usual. I'm also vomiting/nauseous. No appetite. Haven't eaten in days. No different or new cough, just my usual cough. No temperature but seem to be breaking out in cold sweats. Have had a sore throat yesterday, but it's gone today. I'm utterly wiped out. Nothing screams COVID to me, but on the other hand there's something up.

Yes I had those symptoms with Covid and temperature was so mild I wouldn’t have even known it was raised until I checked it

Sunday afternoon I suddenly came over exhausted (just vacuuming) and really fatigued but aching all over too. Took my temperature and it was between 37.4 - 38 for the rest of day. Was going to book a test but then the next morning I woke up absolutely fine and no high temp, no aching or fatigue? Have been fine ever since... maybe just a bit tired. Could be anything I guess.

My brother was the same, no other symptoms but overwhelming tiredness for five days then right as rain. He’s convinced it was the virus.

Anyone with symptoms aged 5 and over can apply to be tested. Best to be tested as early as possible, usually on day 3. Your symptoms do correspond with those on the Lungs threads. I'd definitely apply.

I’ve ordered a home kit. My nearest test centre is 90 minutes away. Although thinking I should have ordered it easier, I was too foggy headed to consider it though.
