If you received a random testing kit (imperial/Ipsos) please understand that us working on the helplines and emails can only do so much. We don’t send out the kits, we don’t arrange the couriers, we don’t liase with testing facilities. We are non contracted workers. We are choosing to not work from home to do this helpline. If your call is taking a while to be answered please remember that there are only so many of us due to social distancing.
