Waffle waffle on science questions.

PurplePansy05 · 27/05/2020 16:31

I think this has finished his career. It will be like a bad smell behind him forever. Conservatives can't have any credibility if they keep him on as a leader.

Roussette · 27/05/2020 16:31

This reminds me of when the teacher asked the boy in class what the passage meant that he had read for homework..
And he spluttered and waffled and everyoner in class started giggling

1forsorrow · 27/05/2020 16:31

Doesn't matter what the press said, we heard it from DC's own mouth.

richdeniro · 27/05/2020 16:32

Why she isn’t in the Shadow Cabinet I will never know.

I think I read it was tactical, she would have had to give up her seat on the select committee. Sometimes in opposition you need to weigh up where some MP's would be more effective. If Labour won the next election I am sure she would be in the cabinet.

Think about it, if she was in the Shadow cabinet, she would not have been there now asking these questions.

Everytimeref · 27/05/2020 16:32

The only untruth has been the potential second visit and that hasn't followed up.

His MP has just nailed him!

1forsorrow · 27/05/2020 16:32

Dead man walking? Or is it talking?

GrimmsFairytales · 27/05/2020 16:33

Like fuck will you sanction people for staying home, the balls on this guy. Shock

HipTightOnions · 27/05/2020 16:33

Every time he - or any of them - speaks, he makes it worse.

Roussette · 27/05/2020 16:33

And why is no one challenging the fact that the allegations were true.
I'm I the only one seeing this?

Totally agree. There was nothing I believed to be true BEFORE the interview in the garden that was discounted. Everything I though true... was.
And then there was more...

GrimmsFairytales · 27/05/2020 16:33

For not staying home.

JackiFazaki · 27/05/2020 16:33

Greg Clarke's making him look a dunce.

minou123 · 27/05/2020 16:34

Hold on......

Stay at home is advice, but if you dont follow then we will sanction you.

Brilliant! 1984 is here.

DoveOfPiss · 27/05/2020 16:34

bluster bluster fluff fluff he hasn't a fucking clue what he's talking about

1forsorrow · 27/05/2020 16:34

But Greg Clarke is doing it so nicely.

CricketCrocket · 27/05/2020 16:35

I can just imagine Dominic Cummings standing just off camera with an a4 piece of paper furiously scribbling what Boris should say.

GrimmsFairytales · 27/05/2020 16:35

Surely if I don't download the contact tracing app, I can't be made to stay home.

SouthWestmom · 27/05/2020 16:35

What am I missing? Da has severe mental health stuff going on and I've had to switch off and parent for a while.

I cannot imagine Theresa May making such a twat of herself. Or any previous PM, for that matter. How did we end up here.

1forsorrow · 27/05/2020 16:36

This is excrutiating.

CricketCrocket · 27/05/2020 16:36

Yeah what were the untrue allegations he’s going on about? People are furious about the stuff he’s admitted to doing.

AlovelybitofsquirrelJackie · 27/05/2020 16:36

This should be good - Jeremy H

JackiFazaki · 27/05/2020 16:37

Enter Jeremy Hunt looking mean.

CarolynMartens · 27/05/2020 16:38

I think he didn’t return to Durham - as a lawyer pointed out on Twitter that was the only bit where he said about his phone data. Christ knows where else he went when he was up in Durham though. Or what his wife did.

1forsorrow · 27/05/2020 16:38

Oh how kind of him to explain what asymptomatic means, people not as brilliant as him and DC wouldn't understand that.
