14 day quarantine in UK

Please don't all jump and flame me at once but do you think the 14 day quarantine on return to the UK will still be in place at the end of July? Asking for a friend who might have a holiday booked then I'm of the opinion that as the UK has the worst record of deaths in Europe, other European countries should be forcing a quarantine on us entering their countries and not the other way round.

I hope not. I need to see my.eldery parents who live abroad and I couldn't if the quarantine was in place. Or I might use my instinct in deciding how I will play it.

@vengeancer I hope you get to see your parents. If I didn't work it wouldn't be an issue but I'd be due back at work a couple of days after returning from my holiday so it just won't be feasible.
