Imperial College antigen test study: courier incompetence

Anyone else involved in the IC antigen study?

I booked my courier on Friday to collect Saturday morning. They didn't show up, someone rang and suggested they'd be there during the day. Still no show.

Sent me a letter,and a kit,Monday,booked courier,did test ,no show,looked at their site,apparently closed now.
