How long between relapses?

I fell ill on 14th March with a strange illness. Started quite suddenly with jitteriness and loss of appetite, panicky feelings, pounding heart, nausea and sleeplessness. The next day diarrhea and dizziness. Then a sore throat, thick phlegm and continued dizziness, then a feeling of having inhaled talc/ smoked menthol and a bit of a cough. Back ached, then flank pain. All quite mild after the first 48 hours, but went on a long time for an illness that constantly felt like it was "brewing" but not getting there. Then I had a tendency to indigestion for a few weeks. Now here we are 2 months later and I still keep getting the "inhaled talc" feeling and the heartburn of an evening, maybe 4 nights a week. I guess it might have been a mild dose of covid though never lost taste and smell and no fever (was slightly raised at 37.3 first night, I am usually 36.4). How long will this irritation to windpipe and oesophagus go on, and is this usual, two months later, to still be getting shades of the illness?

Relapses are par for the course with covid. I've been told by my GP it should resolve within six months, six months to a year for those of us who had a more severe illness in the beginning.
