All inclusive holiday late July. Lots of changes

We are due to fly out to turkey late July. I was assuming it wouldn't happen but dh has informed me that at the moment the holiday is planned to go ahead according to the holiday company.
However they won't have the buffet service meals and kids clubs won't be on. I am pretty sure there will be other, new changes to the holiday before July.
My question is as the holiday has changed (which we completely understand) do we have any comeback if we cancelled? Mainly because we book an all inclusive for the kids clubs/entertainment and what we will get isn't the same holiday.
I'd rather it be cancelled than end up paying out for an expensive holiday (for five) that has half the stuff we paid for.

Love these posts where someone proclaims that it's their worst nightmare for a holiday!
Good job I'm not booking it for you!
I've spoken to the husband tonight about it and looking online we'd pay an extra grand to move it to next year at the same time Angry
He's hoping to cancel all together and get our money back. He doesn't think they will be asking the same prices once the exchanging period is up?

Can you move it to a different time of the year where it might be cheaper ?

Thanks for the help. After debating for a while and looking at the holiday site we've moved our holiday to next year. We've ended up with a different destination but it's one we've been to before so it's not too bad.
