Is anybody going back to work?

We are going back one week on then one week WFH to maintain social distancing. (Office). From the 1st June.

We don’t have to go in for the full week and if people are shielding they will continue to WFH.

I’ve been going in once a week anyway to use a specialist IT system and because there is still a Costa Coffee operating on the site.

Can’t wait to get back to work! Smile

I’ve been told i’m Furloughed until August, as much as I would like to go back tomorrow as i’m worried about my job, i’m actually loving lockdown, I can’t wait to retire now 😊 I love spending time with my family. I’ve started potting some plants in the garden, walk the dogs for an hour every morning before anyone else is about, go to my horse for a couple of hours each day, the weather has been amazing, I hope it stays like this until September.

I wish I was. I'm furloughed. But I need DS back in school first as I can't do my job from home. Such a mess.

DH is going back to work tomorrow. (I’ve been wfh and him being furloughed was so helpful when it came to working around my 1.5 year old!)

No work to go back to, so no. I love being at home though and as a business owner won't be looking to be employed.

I’ve been going into the office voluntarily most days all along despite it being officially closed since March 17th and everyone working from home! I prefer the routine and the structure and, at the moment particularly, the air conditioning.

I’ve been joined in recent weeks by a steadily increasing number of colleagues who also prefer it (large space, we can all more than socially distance) so I don’t think you’re the only one who can’t wait to be back and actually enjoys being at work.

There’s been a few people going in, mainly very senior people to show face and the people who live on the base in the messes.

I’m actually looking forward to seeing my colleagues again and wearing my nice dresses, doing my hair and make up etc.

I intend to go in all 5 days and then WFH the other week.
